A case includes the full record set for one matter, including multiple PDFs and uploads, protocol selection, text extraction, PII sanitisation, medical timeline extraction, seven parallel protocol compliance analyses, severity-scored findings, evidence citations, and AI case chat access for that case.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated charges and credits applied automatically via Stripe.
What happens if I exceed my case limit?
You can purchase add-on cases without changing your plan. Contact our team for add-on pricing. Add-on cases do not expire; they carry over until used.
